Paul Senior, Managing Director of 9 SNR Limited, is an independent Telecommunication consultant, specialising in next generation 3GPP RAN and Spectrum M&A. Until recently Paul was Founder and Chairman of Dense Air Networks and the former CEO. Paul has over 40 years experience in the radio telecommunication industry, spanning the era's of 2G, 3G and 4G deployment and the rise of mobile broadband. Paul has held positions at GEC Telecoms, Plessey Research, Nortel, Alcatel and DSC Communications and Airspan Networks. At Airspan Paul has served as the Head of Airspan’s RF Planning Team, Director of Customer Services, Senior Director of Operations and Sales Asia Pacific, Vice President Marketing and Product Management, and was also Airspan’s CTO for seven years. Paul participated in the creation the WiMAX Forum in 2002, and is a Small Cell Evangelist and active in many industry bodies focused on Small Cells Access and Backhaul and network evolution to 5G. Paul currently sits on the Advisory Board of UKTIN.
